HVP type slurry (coarse slag) pump

HVP type slurry (course slag) pump is a non-clogging vortex type slurry pump specially developed by our company for conveying medium and low density pulp with long fiber, large size and large air content. The pump impeller adopts hidden structure, the pump flow part has no blade, and the impeller rotation is used to drive the slurry rotation in the pump cavity, so that most of the slurry does not pass through the impeller, long fibers will not be hung on the edge of the impeller inlet, and large size of the mass slurry will not be blocked between the blades, which can be throw directly from the pump body of the import to the export, the realization of slurry without blocking transmission, especially suitable for long fiber cotton pulp, recycled pulp, pulp under the shredder coarse, containing large size of solid sewage, such as conventional centrifugal vane type pulp pump transport of solid-liquid two-phase materials.

Design Feature
Single stage single suction rear door structure, supporting low vibration with the middle section of the maintenancefree long life diaphragm type coupling, pump rotor parts do not have to remove the connection flange and motor, easy maintenance.
Vortex hydraulic design, the use of cyclone to achieve long fiber, large size of bulk materials, high gas content slurry lossless and nonblocking transport, at the same time to make the impeller wear small long service life.
The bearing box adopts the combination of large-size angular contact ball bearing and cylindrical roller bearing, which can bear more radial force and axial force of the rotor than the conventional design. At the same time, the mounting holes of the two bearings are processed in a single clamping process to ensure the coaxial accuracy of the two bearings.
